Chambers Ridge is a residential development located along Chambers Flat Road, Park Ridge in Western Logan City. CCA Winslow have completed stages 1-4 of the 8 stage development. Works to date have included completion of 131 Lots of the 300 Lot development along with a major singular bio-retention and sedimentation basin servicing all current and future stages, and a 5000m2 internal local park. External road, water, and stormwater works have also been carried out, most notably the almost 300 meters of external water main upgrade works along Chambers Flat Road for the development.
