Located in Redbank Plains, approximately 30km west from Brisbane CBD, CCA Winslow has successfully delivered stages Mount Juillerat Drive Phase 2A, Stages 2+3 and Stages 6-8.
During the course of this project we have completed 237,000m3 of earthworks including the blasting of 37,000m3 of rock delivering a total of 127 lots ready for new homes to be built within this rapidly developing area.
Future stages will see the construction of modern local parks, a full sized sports field and major infrastructure upgrades including connecting Mount Juillerat Drive to the Centenary Highway and a proposed Redbank Plains Train Station.
