Located at Greenbank in Logan, CCA Winslow have successfully delivered 5 out of the 11 stages, with further stages currently in progress. During the earlier stages of the project, a 1900m external sewer upgrade was undertaken which passed through a sensitive nature reserve, water ways, an existing retirement village and underneath existing roadways. The currently completed stages incorporate a major Bio-Retention Basin, with two more to be constructed in future stage. The constructed basin required alternative construction methodologies to deal with access issues.
