Located at Park Ridge in Logan, CCA Winslow have successfully delivered three stages for Solander Syndicate Limited. The construction of the first stage incorporated a large external intersection upgrade along Park Ridge Road, while the second stage included sewer upgrade works to a corridor near Bumstead Road in Crestmead.
The subdivision has a total of 179 lots and include two bio-retention basins.
