The Prema Estate is a 97 lot development located half an hour South-West of Brisbane in Augustine Heights, near the heart of Springfield, one of Australia’s largest master-planned communities.
CCA Winslow has completed 69,000 m³ of earthworks to date, and delivered 97 fully serviced lots including 1100m of stormwater, 1400m of sewer and 150m of water main. Built on a fairly steep site, this project required the construction of around 4000m² of retaining walls, with some walls up to 4m in height.
