Key training programs include:
CCA Winslow Graduate Program – Annually, engineering undergraduates complete work or vacation placement in CCA Winslow’s construction crews. The program educates undergraduates in site activities; giving direct exposure to the entire lifecycle of a civil construction project. A finite number of undergraduates are then selected for Graduate placement within CCA Winslow. CCA Winslow Graduates are provided a defined career path, from Site Engineering through to Project Management, guided and coached the entire way by a Senior Project Manager.
Safety Training – Our dedicated team of HSEQ professionals is entrenched in day-to-day operations of CCA Winslow’s construction projects providing daily support to site staff. Individual or group training courses are undertaken based on audit reviews, legislation updates, or changes in construction methodology.
Cert III & IV in Work Health and Safety courses are available for all site staff.
Operator Training – To maximize plant capability, all operators are individually assessed monthly by our Training and Development Manager. We provide on-the-job training and specific training courses are assigned.
